Obituary of Cynthia Jane Versley

Cynthia Jane Versley, 69, of Graham Washington, peacefully passed away in her sleep on November 15th, 2023, after a difficult battle with Cerebral Atrophy.

Cynthia was known as CJ to her family and friends. She was born on September 29th, 1954, to Clyde and Betty Versley in Lincoln Nebraska. After graduating from Boca Ciega High School in 1972 Cynthia proudly served her country in the United States Air Force for 19 years. Honorably retiring from active duty in 1995 she continued to serve her community by working as an office clerk for the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department until her retirement in 2016.

Cynthia had an adventurous spirit and traveled to every continent on the planet. During her life she pursued such hobbies as sky diving, scuba diving, horseback riding and hiking. She loved all animals and always did her part to help those that she found in need.

Cynthia is survived by her Husband Curtis Rickard, and her two brothers Marc Versley, and Matt Versley. Her loving disposition will not be forgotten, and her radiant smile will continue to shine on in our hearts.
