My dad worked with Earl at WWREC for a few years. We got to know him and I always enjoyed visiting him when he and I would run into each other. When my parents moved to Washington, my mother had cancer. Your dad took some of the best photos of her which our family treasures. I always think of him when I see her pictue. I first met Earl through my father (Del Zier) who knew him in Kiwanis. Little did I know that decades later I would join that same club and Earl was still very active there. After high school when I was working for Stan Young at his Exxon station on East Main and then when Steve Thompson bought the station, Earl was one of the customers I always enjoyed serving. He was always kind and when I got to know him later as an adult myself, I came to respect him even more. I'm thankful to have known him and along with many, I am a better person as a result. I knew Earl from Kiwanis in Puyallup...He was a wonderful man and his spirit will be missed...I last saw him at the Fred Meyer store in Puyallup with his same kindness and smile and laugh....Great great man...Earl; be well in Heaven
