Meeting Janis and Ed way back in 1980 was the start of a beautiful relationship that has lasted for 40 years. Love the whole family and I want to make sure the family knows I loved them all always.
Janis had a great laugh. You knew she was in the room. And she'd call you out on anything at anytime she felt the need was there. No BS got by Janis, she could read you like a book.
I was so happy I sent her M&M's for her birthday in May. She waited for M&M's and any Mariner gear I was ready to give her. I gave her my Mariner coat and she said "Where's the hat to go with it!". Dang, I didn't get her the hat, but she's keeping warm up there with the coat I'm hoping.
My condolences to Ed, Iris, Celeste and the whole family. RIP, Janis. You are in good hands.
