Obituary of Jacob W Dawson

Jacob Westley Dawson passed away suddenly on 11-24-19 from a senseless act of violence at just 18 years old. Jacob was born on 4-30-01 and raised in Puyallup WA.  He was just starting a new chapter in his life, he just started going to Clover Park Technical College and had just moved into his own place, he was just beginning to know what it felt like to live on his own and was learning to be a independent young man. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Westley Dawson, great Grandfather Rocky Jackson and his dog Bruno he leaves behind many family members and many friends. 

He is survived by his mother Jennifer Carr, Sister Lilly Carr, Keith Mueller - Honorary "Step dad" maternal Grandparents Leila & John Kamstra, Grandfathers Billy Brock and Terry Sand, paternal grandmother Patsy Dawson, Great grandmother Moira Jackson, Great grandparents Jerry & Pat Sand, Great grandparents  Robert & Cheryl Dumbleton, , Aunt Dorey Kamstra, Aunt Amanda Dawson, Aunt Andrea Steiner (Darin),Aunt  Amber Armstrong (Joe), Aunt Chelsea Bridges Brock, Aunt Carrie Brock, Uncle Chris Sand, Uncle Justin Sand (Liviya), Uncle Mitchell Brock, Uncle Benjamin Mirglot, Uncle  Mathew  Brock, Uncle Santiago Perez (Amber Durden) and many more Aunts, Uncles and cousins and his kitten Go Yard.

Jacob was a very loyal friend and would do whatever he could to help his family and friends out when he was asked. Jacob enjoyed spending summers with his Grandma Leila at her summer cabin in Lilliwap,WA and was currently helping out his grandpa John on the farm. Jacob was very caring and was very protective of his mom and little sister, Even with his short time here on earth he grew up to become a fine young man and he will be forever missed by everyone that knew and loved him.

Burial Friday December 6th at 3 p.m. at Woodbine Cemetary  2323 9th St SW, Puyallup, WA 98373

Celebration of Life  Saturday December 7th at 1:00 p.m. at WSU Puyallup Research and Extension.
