Angerman family, My deepest sympathy for your loss of Bud. So many memories of running around the game farm when young. Vivid memory of the Setters getting loose, and us taking their collars off, bringing them in, and Bud coming to fetch them way across Oakbrook. That, and catching salamanders near the hatchery. Bud was always great.
Thinking of all of you with much love. Thoughts and prayers to your family.
Keith, I hope this finds you and your family well.

My friends and I hunted pheasants with Bud and his "sons" for a long weekend in October for many years. It was an event that we all looked forward to every year. Bud told many stories about the "good old days". We had great times together! Bud was a fantastic family man and I know he will be dearly missed!!

I was fortunate to meet Bud on hunting trips with friends in eastern WA. He was such a good teacher and always so helpful and welcoming and especially lit up every encounter with his lively good humor. I miss the hunting camp fun with Bud and his "sons" who were so fortunate to have him as a life long Coach and father! He truly made a positive mark on the people he encountered! Prayers and special thoughts are with Bud's Family.

Bud was my husband's high school friend and his wife, Phyllis was my long time friend starting in Kindergarten. My husband, Ted and I enjoyed doing things with them over the years and Bud always was a big tease, just like his brother-in-law, Russ. Lots of laughs and fun. He will be missed. Much sympathy to his family.

Bud, you old character! I'll never forget seeing him at his game farm desk with his pipe, barking out orders. One of a kind. The old Guard of the old Game Department.

Uncle Bud was always so much fun. He loved to tease all of us kids and never stopped even when we got older. My favorite time of year was Rodeo weekend in Ellensburg because we got to spend time with him and Aunt Phillys. I will miss you very much! So sorry to his wonderful family for such a great loss.

Bud was my friend for 73 years. I watched from the grandstands at Ellensburg High when he played football, and watched him in track, too.
I saw him at the game farms, both in Ellensburg and at South Tacoma. Bud tended the wildlife with great care. Along with my husband I enjoyed wonderful hospitality at his and Phyllis homes. I will miss my friend, and will remember him with a smile. I rarely saw him without one.
