Obituary of JoAnne Anderson-Stroop

JoAnne Riddle-Anderson-Stroop passed January 28, 2023 at her home in Puyallup.  She is survived by 3 sons:Curt and Rosemary, Mark and Barbara, and Glen and Judy Anderson; 12 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.  JoAnne was predeceased by her 1st husband Curtis Anderson in 1977 and by her 2nd husband George Stroop in 2014.  She was also predeceased by her parents Sherman and Phoebe Riddle.

Joanne loved to spend time with family, especially her grand and great grandchildren.  She loved to travel, paint, horses (and was an expert at roulette).  JoAnne was fun loving, beautiful and a pleasure to be with.  She had more family and friends than can be counted.  JoAnne is much loved and will bw missed by all.  

A funeral service will be held from 2:00pm to 3:00pm on Friday, February 17, 2023 at Hill Funeral Home, 217 E Pioneer, Puyallup, WA 98372
