Obituary of Peggy Armstrong

Peggy Lynn Addaman Armstrong passed away on August 13, 2021 in Lakewood Washington.

Peggy was born in Tacoma, WA to Louis and Joanne Addaman on April 1, 1958. She graduated from Lakes High School, Class of 1976 and went on to Graduate with Honors from Pacific Lutheran University with a Degree in Finance. Her career included employment with Moss Adams, Frank Russell Company, and for the past six years, Broadmark Realty Capital, where she supported the CEO.

Peggy was involved in multiple organizations throughout her life, always giving help to others and loving on cats and dogs as a volunteer for pet rescues.  Her love for the outdoors was evident by her enthusiasm for a good campfire and RV adventures.  She took great pride in her yard and flower gardens.

Peggy is preceded in death by her mother, Joanne Addaman (January 2021) and her beloved Aunt Ruby and Uncle Norm Forner.

Peggy is survived by two sons, Daniel (Veronica) and Brian Armstrong; a sister, Susan Addaman Blair; her father, Louis Addaman and two grandchildren.

Her circle of friends were like her family to her, too numerous to name, yet each one knew she loved them dearly. Peggy’s sense of humor, zest for life and contagious laugh is missed by all.
