Jenifer will be truly missed by many: family, friends, students, coworkers and those with whom she came in contact. She will rest in peace, and I wish her family, and all those her life touched, be granted God's comfort and peace as well. Donald De Vries.

I volunteered in her classroom many years ago when my son was in her class. She was indeed a wonderful teacher and I ache for the loss of her. Wishing you peace-

Jeni was the most amazing teacher. She had the best heart, a positive attitude and the patience for every child no matter their circumstances. She was an inspiration to me for 34 years as we both taught third grade in Puyallup and got hired the same year. Even though I saw her a couple times a year and emailed every so often about ideas and strategies, she was always so gracious, kind and helpful. We had lunch together on Oct 11, at a math training and we got to catch up on life during the day. She loved her family fiercely, was over the moon with her grandsons and was grateful to have the Fruitland staff as her friends. Rest In Peace sweet Jeni and thank you for all you did to help raise a child in our school district. We are all lucky to have known you!

Mrs Willis was the first person we met at Fruitland when we moved here and Juaquin became one of her third-grade students. She relieved all our nerves and fears about a new school, we could truly see the love she felt for him and all the students. We will remember her smile and the wall covered with pictures of all her classes over the years. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed. So sorry for her families loss and thank you for sharing her with us!

Jeni was one of the first people to welcome me to Fruitland and was always there when I needed help. Her bright smile made you feel at home. She will truly be missed.
