Obituary of Julia Gustafson

Julia Elizabeth Eileen Gustafson (Ruediger) passed away peacefully at home on December 20, 2019. She had been battling kidney cancer since August of 2017. She was born October 21, 1970 to Kay and Otto. Julia was a 1989 graduate of Sumner High School. She married Keith Gustafson on July 30, 1993 in Sumner, WA. She had her daughter Amanda on May 19, 1996. She worked as a travel agent and later as a bus driver and trainer allowing her to share her love for children. Julia loved life, spending time with her family and cats, joking with friends, shopping, traveling, dirt bike riding, and so much more. She was always smiling and able to get people to open up and get out of their comfort zones. She is survived by her husband Keith, mother Kay, daughter Amanda, brothers Ernie and Otto (Robin), and many loving relatives and friends. Anyone whose lives Julia has touched are invited to First Christian Church of Sumner the address is 432 Wood Ave Sumner, WA 98390 at 1pm on Saturday, January 4th to reminisce, grieve, support each other, and of course mingle. There will be a Celebration of Life following the funeral at Station House 726 the address is 427 N Meridian Puyallup, WA 98372.
