Sharon T. NWMS posted a condolence

Leta will sure be missed by everyone at NWMS. She was so sweet and kind, but also so incredibly strong. She fought this cancer with everything she had and never backed down or complained. I loved hearing her stories about the children she would bus to and from school and all of her camping trips. Stephen would start talking about drivers, politicians, etc. and get all riled up. Leta would roll her eyes and smile, but the way she would watch him, it was obvious that she loved him so much. Family was everything to Leta. Her eyes would sparkle when she would talk about them. Leta and her family will always have a special place in my heart. Leta - we will continue the fight for you. You are loved and missed.
