Obituary of Tevis Lingle

Tevis Kay Bliss Lingle born July 7th 1968 and passed away on March 15th surrounded by her loving family, after a 7 month battle of pancreatic cancer. She worked at Homecare Products Inc. in Algona for 13 years as a shipping clerk. She loved being the care taker of her family and friends and probably was her favorite pass time, especially when it came to her grandsons and daughter. She touched everyone she ever met with her kindness and her heart. From the friends she made at the lake to the doctors and nurses in her final days. Everyone loved her so. She loved doing her cross stitching while watching tv; which goes to say she was very talented at. Some of her stitching looked as good as paintings. But her biggest pass time was fishing. She loved fishing so much we had to buy a dock at Mineral lake. She loved Kapowsin lake but Mineral lake was her calling. She lost lots of fish due to staring at Mt. Rainier or watching the bald eagle and ospreys. She say, "I’ll get another bite soon. That was a small one anyways", and she would. She is survived by husband: Daniel Lingle, her daughter: Tasha Holmes with grandsons Laramie and Landon: her Mom Barbra Parr Bliss; dad Rodger Bliss her Brother Rodger Bliss. Graveside service will be at Woodbine Cemetery in Puyallup on Fri. March 29th 1:00pm followed by a celebration of life at the Lingle’s home in Spanaway on Sat. March 30th at noon.
